    "When creating a new workout regimen for yourself, don't make unrealistic goals-you'll be setting yourself up to fail," advises Peterson. "If you vow to work out every day and cut all junk food from your diet, you'll be skipping workouts and cheating on your diet in no time. Start small! Plan to get active three to four days a week. Once you're in a groove, start to clean up your diet. Rome wasn't built in a day and a fit body won't be either. Besides, you want to maintain your new body-so build new habits into your life as opposed to forcing things that you can't maintain."
