Courtesy of Burger King Perhaps most widely known for its flame-broiled burgers and the, well duh, Whopper, Burger King is known for its Whoppers and flame-broiled burgers, but their newest menu item, the Satisfries, may be the most exciting. Besides the whirlwind of buzz these babies have created (we first reported on 'em at launch). Besides, let's face it, if anyone says they don't like fries, they're lying! You see, Satisfries are true French Fries, but Burger King's special new batter and recipe ensures that the fries to absorb less oil. The result? 40 percent less fat and 30 percent less calories than traditional fast-food fries. If that isn't enough to get you to Burger King, these enticing, yet till totally delicious picks from the King.
Satisfries: Not only are these crinkle-cut fries lower in fat and calories than their traditional counterparts, they also have over 100mg less sodium than BK's original fries and still provide potassium. Plus, a value size Satisfries has just 190 calories and only one gram of saturated fat, making it a great side or snack option.

Whopper Jr: If you are craving a Whopper to go with those Satisfries, opt for the junior to save calories and still get the whole fast-food feel. The little burger (that's full of taste, for the record) clocks in at just 340 calories. And if you're looking to slim it down even more, swap mustard for the mayo: You'll save 80 calories and nine grams of fat.
Cheeseburger: If you just have to have cheese [Ed. note: And yes, many of us do! - RJ], choose the regular cheeseburger. It'll save you about a 100 calories over ordering a Jr. Whopper with cheese -- basically the same satisfaction sans the Whopper moniker. This fire-grilled beef patty topped with melty American cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard on a sesame seed bun has a reasonable 290 calories and provides 14 solid grams of protein.
Tendergrill Chicken Sandwich: If chicken is more your thing, try this grilled chicken sammie. Skip the mayo to keep the Tendergrill at 400 cals -- you'll also get a hefty 31 grams of protein, too.

MorningStar Veggie Burger: BK is one of the few fast food places to offer a veggie burger, so check it out one (On MeatlessMonday, maybe?) and opt for this MorningStar Farms Garden Veggie Patty topped with red onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo on a sesame seed bun for 410 calories. Cut the mayo, cut 80 cals.
Soft Serve Cone: If you are craving something sweet, order the soft serve cone. The creamy vanilla soft serve will satisfy your sweet tooth for just 160 calories and four grams of fat -- a great way to #TreatYoSELF without breaking the calorie bank.
