Burn It Off This Way: Hopscotch!
"Turn a traditional Easter egg hunt into an inferno for those unwanted calories," says Dallas Mitchell, a fitness coach for Sola Life and Fitness, also at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. "Hopping burns 20 calories per minute." Whether you play hopscotch with your kids or do jumping jacks, in 10 to 15 minutes those Peeps will be history.
