Burn It Off This Way: Hopscotch!
"Turn a traditional Easter egg hunt into an inferno for those unwanted calories," says Dallas Mitchell, a fitness coach for Sola Life and Fitness, also at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. "Hopping burns 20 calories per minute." Whether you play hopscotch with your kids or do jumping jacks, in 10 to 15 minutes those Peeps will be history.

Somehow the egg shape makes this creamy treat irresistible, especially when you find it hiding at the bottom of someone else's Easter basket.
Burn It Off This Way: A Brisk Walk
Hop on a treadmill or elliptical trainer for 20 minutes, or go for a brisk 20-minute walk around the neighborhood and you'll burn 150 calories, says exercise specialist and personal trainer Tom Spring, M.S., a corporate and community health program manager at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Burn Them Off This Way: Yoga
"Practice 90 minutes of yoga or play 30 minutes of singles tennis," says Buczek. That's how she burns off her mini-egg indulgences. "But they're so worth it," she says. Calories burned: 190.

"Enjoy the spring weather by flying a kite for 15 minutes," says Alysa Bajenaru, R.D. and certified personal trainer in Phoenix. Calories burned: 150.

"Just 10 minutes of jumping rope equals about one mile of running," says New York City personal trainer Deveren Fogle, creator of a personal training app, MyGenius Trainer. "You're toning your legs and calves, and your shoulders and forearms are getting a killer workout." Calories burned: 200.
