    Does What You Eat Effect Your Sleep?

    Have you ever skipped meals and ate a really huge meal? Do you feel like it is changing your eating habits? Making your weight worse? Do you ever dream the same dream when your either hungry or fully satisfied? Don't worry there's nothing wrong with your body or your bed. It's really your eating habits that's messing everything up. If you eat right, at the right time, eating the right amount of food in a certain amount of time or day, then you will absolutely have a better lifestyle and your dreams and sleep will be better.
    Now, I know what your saying, "This girl is just an amateur blogger, typing whatever she feels like, not knowing what she's typing." Your probably right, but I believe the reason for faith is to put it in adults for teens. I know I'm going off on the subject, but I'll just go right to the point.
    People who eat better, sleep better. And will probably succeed in what they want to go for in life. It's never too late to start a good habit so you can form a better lifestyle.
    I know this is just a little information on my opinion, but it's my first time, so cut me a little slack. Next time, I should be able to find a really good topic that teens and maybe adults could relate to and maybe, just maybe make your life a little better. And if it does, tell me so I can help anyone else in need. I can write about anything if I put my mind to it, so don't ever tell me that it's impossible.
