In fact, in a massive new study, German researchers found that coffee-drinking was not associated with heart disease or cancer at all. And, coffee may even reduce your risk for developing Type 2 diabetes.

    So, the bottom line seems to be: If you like coffee, enjoy it! It may boost your health. Which reminds me, I feel like another shot of espresso right now!
