Heather Hemmens is the star of The CW's brand-new Bring It On-inspired drama about a competitive collegiate cheerleading team, Hellcats. Hemmens plays Alice Verdura, an injured stunt flyer who gets replaced by Aly Michalka's Marti Perkins, a law student on scholarship. Onscreen, Hemmens plays the "mean girl" who will do anything to get back on the team. "I get to bring the drama!" she told us.

Offscreen, she's sweet, grounded (she grew up in the woods of Maine with no electricity) and could probably still kick your ass--she has a black belt in martial arts and weapons training. To stay fit for her role as a cheerleader, Hemmens said she runs four miles every other day ("So I don't get sick of it!). For lunch, she sticks to a healthy salad, and sushi and brown rice is a dinner favorite. "I'm a big breakfast kind of girl," she admitted.
