Would You Eat Sushi for Breakfast? Best Non-Breakfast Breakfasts.

    by QuickieChick Laurel House.

Maybe the reason you don't like breakfast is because you don't like typical breakfast foods. The smell of eggs makes you ill. Sweet cereals make your stomach turn. Oatmeal reminds you of your grandparents. Fine. Don't eat "breakfast" for breakfast.

    Best non-Breakfast Breakfast Foods

The point of breakfast is to break your fast, kick start your metabolism so you burn more calories, and energize your day. But...
You're not hungry when you wake up?
Food makes you feel sick first thing in the morning?
You have plenty of energy to last through lunch?

That's because you have conditioned your body to not think it needs food. Well it's time to retrain yourself. You will soon find that you not only wake up hungry, but you also will be more energized and even lose weight. Studies show that eating a donut for breakfast is better than eating nothing at all. That's because eating nothing slows your metabolism. I'm not saying you should eat a donut. I'm giving you the ok to eat whatever you want, as long as it's during breakfast time (and it's healthy-ish).

Had sushi for breakfast before... I eat the heaviest meals at breakfast time... Makes me energized! For dinner, I rather eat something really light...

My breakfast for the past 10 years has been leftover dinner. I just don't want to eat traditional breakfast foods. All I want is coffee when I wake up. Around 9:30 I heat up my leftover. My boss has seen me eat kimchee, rice, and chicken and never says a word. Who wants to make dishes first thing in the morning? I feel a lot better, too, eating regular food in the morning.

      lame article.
If you wake up late enough to miss the breakfast 'hours' , not much other than nonbreakfast foods would be available to buy at most places. Many people eat 'nonbreakfast' foods regularly for their first meal of the day. . . especially people who work night hrs. Food is food!

Milk toast 2 slices of wheat or whole grain bread toasted. Break it up in a bowl add 1 cup warm milk vanilla and brown sugar or honey. Its great and easy on the stomach.

Tamagoyaki (aka "egg sushi") is a Japanese type of omelet and it's great for breakfast. It's something you can make ahead and grab and go in the morning.

Cold (as in refrigerated overnight) Rubino's pepperoni pizza from Columbus, Ohio, and a glass of non-fat milk; that's my 'breakfast of champions' for more than 40 years. The only problem is having the will power not to eat the entire pizza the night before.

Futomaki is a distant second, provided the rice hasn't dried out; with pickled ginger, of course. Black coffee. Maybe a few licorice jelly beans or spice drops...

Oh yes, I always hated breakfast food! I like anything for breakfast, but I will usually eat whatever I didn't eat the night before. I think I hate breakfast so much because the smell of bacon makes me violently ill. Horrible nasty stuff!

I love FOOD for breakfast.................Left overs and usually lunch or dinner foods......I have a very good metabolism and I believe it is because I eat those foods about 8 - 9 am and I don't have dinner (traditional) .....I believe it keeps me lean and I can eat anything I want???? I am 46.
