    Gwyneth Paltrow continues to amaze us in her ab-baring Emilio Pucci! The Emmy winner (Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy for her role as Holly Holliday in Glee) showed off the results of her hard work in beaded cropped top and ground-skimming skirt. Bet her trainer Tracy Anderson is proud!

    How Gwyneth Stays Fit: "I do 45 minutes of cardio five days a week, because I like to eat," says Paltrow. "I also try for 45 minutes of muscular structure work, which is toning, realigning and lengthening. If I'm prepping for something or I've been eating a lot of pie, I do two hours a day, six days a week for two weeks."
