Understand your body
The first thing you must know is that it's important to understand your body. Know how much you can push the limits without hurting yourself. Realizing your limitations can go a long way in preventing you from any form of injury during your work out. Many people have certain weak areas, if exerted could harm those weak spots. Therefore before beginning any form of physical activity, one must be know and understand their body, figure out all the weak spots, and slowly and gradually work on making them stronger.
