The main source of living of this Pahari or hill people is cultivation. They grow Rice, Rajma, and Potatoes abundantly. Here you will find very beautiful double storey houses build from wooden beams cider, stones and mud; often decorate the wooden doors with intricate carvings, portraying stories of Mahabharata. Here you will find man setting and smoking Hukka in the evening hours, as they relax after hard labor in the day time.
