    This smoothie is filled with the energizing power of berries and greens and is rich in antioxidants, fiber and minerals. Simply blend together the following ingredients:
    1/2 cup grapefruit juice
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1/4 cup fresh blackberries (or more blueberries)
    1/4 cup frozen banana
    1 kiwi
    1/3 cup green grapes
    1 1/2 cups purple kale (or any variety of kale)
    1/3 cup water
    optional: 1/4 cup frozen acai juice (acai ice cubes)
