I love side planks. They're great for strengthening the core and tightening that waist (muffin top be gone). Plus, they make me feel strong! Today it was thirty seconds of front planks, then 30 seconds of left side plank, then 30 seconds of front planks, then 30 seconds of right side plank. After two sets, I tossed in some side planks with a hip raise. Boy those are tough!
Side Planks-Lie down on side with feet stacked, forearm down, contract those abs and lift your hip off the ground. Keep that shoulder and elbow in line with one other. Balance on your forearm and foot. *If you're up for a challenge, add a hip dip!
