Health DO or DON'T: Working Out in Itsy-Bitsy Clothing (Like AnnaLynne McCord)

I have a semi-strict dress code when it comes to working out--do you? Shirt: not too loose, not too tight, not too short. Stomach: covered. Shorts: OK, but let's not get crazy-short (so uncomfy when you're spinning or doing squats!). So let's just say AnnaLynne McCord's volleyball outfit does not adhere to code.

I'm all for someone wearing whatever they feel is comfiest while they're exercising. In fact, two days ago I passed by a guy who was jogging wearing nothing but shorts. OK, and shoes. It was 100 degrees outside, and I actually felt a pang of jealousy that men can just whip off their shirts when they want to.

So if someone feels comfy wearing a sports bra and teensy shorts, awesome. Go for it! I wouldn't personally do it--I've done the "naked dance" in front of the mirror after a shower often enough to know that I feel happier when my jiggly parts have at least a little bit of coverage.
