Is a Vigilante republic not favored my those who feel drowned in the sea of un controlled rampant corruption now taking the shape of ocean ?

An artcle in the TOI to day on the demand of anti corruption and Lok Ayuk (as a remedy) coveing under him all by Swami Ram Dev and Shri Hazarey at the behest of Indians( suffering) under the so called Old and out of date Democratic system in India if challenged becomes as Vigilante Republic - a New term coined for a democracy for the public and by the public- a fundamental function for areal democracy as now a days are in advanced and literate countries in the world such Britain, Germany, France and in USA and even in Russia too. It is to be remembered by such people so called as Historians how and for what these countries have wished bye bye to the old systems ruled by Kings Dictators and and looters of the poor who simply by force or by Ahimsa threw those systems out in the light of changes after years of slavery or and of miss rule of the heads of the countries, now are called as Global leaders. But in India if people have risen up to and challenge the rulers for giving the permission to looters of money from the hard earned savings of their forefathers as for so many years they could hardly have a single time foods without any education and other minimum fasciliies to live with. So if Shri Hazarey ji and Bababa Ramdev have come up to as leaders what they are saying is not what they are for their ownselves but to save them from the people who so ever they may be but as now considered as under no law of the country must be brought to books for their wrong doings if any by one authority above all even the Prime Minister- which is also like as in the advanced all nations of the world. The writer of Vigilante republic says that how can individuals can rule the nation. He perhaps does not know that we also got the constitution by a few person but not by the electorate most of it as now quite ignorants of the politics as being proctisaed in India by the media too.
