    Jennifer Aniston's Fit Body Secret

    It's funny, we often think that celebs are simply blessed with good genes, all the time in the world, and plenty of money to splurge on trainers and fitness experts. True, Jen Aniston has all of the above, but her super-fit body has more to do with something else than any of the above--and I think it's inspiring for all of us.

    Jen's fitness secret? She makes fitness a huge priority in her life--as in, she works out 7 days a week.

    "It's simple," she told the Daily Mirror at the London launch of her eponymous perfume in London on Wednesday. "[I] run, work out every day. I do a lot of running--exercise is so important."

    While working out 7 days a week may sound crazy, fitness experts actually recommend daily exercise, and I'm impressed that Jen is so determined/motivated. Sure, her career depends on toned legs and arms, but I think when you get in the habit of devoting time to exercise every day, it starts to feel normal and good.

    So, let Jen inspire you to am up your workouts a bit. A day off or two is great, but then get right back in the saddle again and keep plugging away with your fitness goals.
