Feeling fat?! No need to feel that way alone, because you aren't alone. I feel the same way most of the time because I always have the habit of eating once I hear the word 'food', but who doesn't right? LOLSo I hink I'm gonna get back to working out and eating right...new diet plan! New workout plan! Share it. with your friends too! You don't need to feel fat! Just try out my plans! •Diet plan -~breakfast - soft boiled eggs, bacon and whole wheat toast~lunch - features veggies, fruits and cold cuts ~dinner - veggies, brown rice, chicken/fish~snacks - yogurt/ice cream/cashews/chocolate covered nuts (to fight the craving for chocolate while eating healthy)/cherry tomatoes/tropical fruits/almonds/dark chocolate (proven to be healthier than regular chocolate)#Note that nuts can be a little fattening bu^_^urely helps with sharpening your brain!--> Another idea on eating less but keeping your stomach full is drinking a glass of water before you eat a meal. This keeps you full and causes you to eat less but keeping your body up and full at the same time. So this way, you're balanced and healthy!•Workout plan - -> workout atleast 4 times a week for 30 minutes a day.*do a mix of strenght moves/cardio -•crunches•dance/run/squats/lunges•weight lifting•yoga to stimulate the mind (optional)
So glad I got that out of the way, now I can breathe and you can too...phew!
