(And actually, we may need to ski our way home at this rate--the white stuff is coming down like crazy.) For our Wednesday MOTD, we're channeling the mountain mamas that swish their way down the slopes and sculpt hot bods at the same time with a ski-inspired leg toner from Mike Andrews, fitness manager at The Sports Club/LA in San Francisco and certified professional alpine ski patrolman.

Place a rolled-up towel on the floor, lengthwise, and stand a few inches to the right of the towel. Lower into squat, contracting your abs.
Hop both feet over the towel, to the left. Land firmly on the floor before repeating. Do 40 reps total. Now hop to it!
