jessica albajessica albaJessica Alba works her butt off -- literally! It's true: The 31-year-old mother-of-two swears she has to do some serious sweating to keep her god-given "bubble butt" at bay:

"Bubble butts, like my dad and I have, run in my family! To tone up, I do jump lunges and squat jumps. They make me want to vomit, but they're the best for getting my legs in shape," she says in the upcoming issue of Self magazine.

Well, I'm sold. Clearly jump lunges and squat jumps are the best way to keep that junk in your trunk under control, even if the whole "make you want to vomit" thing is a bit of a turn-off.

So how do you DO these magical booty-shaping moves?

    Here's a Squat Jump how-to from FitSugar:

    Squat Jumps

Begin in an athletic stance with feet shoulder-width apart and arms bent with hands at chest level.

Bend knees and come into a full squat.

Jump up as explosively as you can, reaching for the ceiling.

When you land, lower back into the squat position to complete one rep.

Do three sets of 12 reps.

And here's a video Jump Lunge tutorial that looks like it would, well, kick my butt:
