Courtesy of Panera Bread Hey y'all! So remember when I spilled the beans about Panera Bread's hidden menu of healthier meals? Well, I have some awesome news -- starting this week, for a limited time only, two of Panera's most popular hidden menu items will be joining their regular menu board!
The first item is the Power Chicken Hummus Bowl, which features all-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, with cilantro-jalapeno hummus, baby spinach, cucumbers, diced tomatoes and red onions. And finished with fresh squeezed lemon and fresh chopped cilantro. The second item to be revealed is the Power Breakfast Egg White Bowl with Roasted Turkey, a combination of all-natural, antibiotic-free roasted turkey, egg whites, warm baby spinach, roasted peppers and basil pesto.

Both of these menu items can help you get 2014 off to a great start, even when dining out! Each of the Power Bowls contain less than 400 calories, and are full of veggies and protein plus loads of flavor to keep you satisfied.
In addition to these two menu items, Panera is also helping you eat healthier in 2014 by providing calorie info for all menu items on their menu boards and by offering half portions of your favorite dishes. Now who's hitting up Panera with me?
