The pill? A daily antioxidant supplement. A Cochrane review of 78 studies, including almost 300,000 study subjects found that antioxidant supplements may increase lifespan. Then again, you could also just save your money on pricey supplements and load your plate up fruits and veggies! (Just sayin'!)
