Getty Images Hottie redhead Sarah Rafferty is not only one of the stars of "Suits," whose season finale aired earlier this week. As it turns out, the smoking actress is also is a diehard Pilates devotee -- and she's got the sleek, long legs to prove it. (And those nude heels only help, amiright?)
"I honestly think I've gotten taller since I started doing Pilates," says the actress, who works out with Sam and Susannah Cotrone of Cotrone Fitness in West Hollywood, CA. "And my posture is totally different, no more slouching!"

Fortunately Rafferty has found a way to make strengthening her hard-earned body fun. "Working with Sarah is like dancing a cha-cha -- fun, sexy and energetic," says Susannah Cotrone, who has Rafferty doing a swimming move on the mat which works her butt, back and core. The actress and mom calls the move a "good multitasker." That's the kind of move made for our hectic schedules, yes??
THE MOVE: Swimming
Works: Core, Back

Lie down on mat face down. Draw your abdominals in and up firmly during this move to protect your lower back. Lengthen your arms out in front of you as you lift your head, arms and legs off the ground. Start swimming by lifting one leg and the opposite arm, then quickly switching to the opposite leg and arm. Repeat for 20 reps. Finish by sitting back into a child's pose to stretch out the lower back.
