THE MOVE: Two Jabs + Hook Punch
Works: shoulders, back, arms, core
Stand with feet apart slightly wider than shoulder-width with left leg in front. Turn the right (back) foot about 45 degrees to the right. Bend knees slightly and hold fists up near your face. Deliver two rapid punches with the front arm and follow with a hook punch toward the temple or jaw of your imaginary opponent, contracting your abs. Switch sides and deliver jabs with your right fist and hook with left.
