Super Pine-Mango Smoothie
1 Frozen Fruit Packet Mango
5 Cup Pineapple Juice

½ lb Irish Moss
4oz. Flax Seed
1 Frozen Packet of Sour Sop
1 Frozen Packet of Passion Fruit
1 cup Organic Sweetener
Wash the moss in the sink to remove sand or foreign matter . (I like to soak it over night) throw off water after soaking. Bring fresh water to a boil and then add Irish moss and flax seed let the ingredients cook until everything is dissolved. This will take about an hour or so. Strain the liquid into another container and separate the boiled moss and seed trash from the drink. Let cool for a while. Add the rest of the Fruit and Irish Moss liquid into blender along with sweetener, blend all ingredients together , now do a taste test. Put it to cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Serve in 12 oz. cups with a smile.
Note: Because the thickness of this drink can vary, you may have to dilute (with Water) to an acceptable level of consistency.
