My cousin [more like my older sister, really] is getting married in less than 6 months. I want this to be uber-special for her, especially since she's the first of the group of us [nieces & nephews] to get married. So I want to look my best for the wedding, since I'm going to be a bridesmaid.
I found a really great exercise routine in Seventeen magazine that I can totally follow. It seems simple enough. I just need me in comfortable exercise clothes. The exercises themselves are a mix of Pilates and boxing [piloxing].
My problem lies in motivation. I lack it. I'll be fine for a few weeks, maybe a month. And then I'll start to slack. Any ways to counteract that?
Any other suggestions for me? Any words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.
