Guess which celebs sleep for 15 hours a night, are obsessed with humidifiers, feel antsy before falling asleep, stop breathing 200 times a night or hardly sleep at all...
I was fascinated by this piece over at Health.com about the unusual sleep habits of celebrities, like these:
Mariah Carey sleeps about 15 hours a night, she has said, and keeps about 20 humidifiers in her bedroom. She likes her room to be a "steam room."
Kelly Clarkson has a hard time falling asleep most nights because her creative mind can't stop composing songs and lyrics as she tries to doze off. In the morning she races to her notebook to write down whatever songs hit her before she fell asleep.
Martha Stewart has said that she sleeps less than 5 hours a night because "there's not enough time in the day."
Rosie O'Donnell has severe sleep apnea and snores. Before she sought treatment, doctors estimated that she stopped breathing as many as 200 times a night.
What are your sleep gripes/oddities? Joanna over at Smitten sleeps diagonally (so cute). I always have ice-cold feet! And, I sometimes drool (so embarrassing, but I'm not alone--lots of people do it!)
