Menstruation Cycle is not only different for every woman but differs every month
The average menstruation cycle is normally 28 days but its common for the same to be anywhere between 21 to 35 days. While calculating the length of one's menstruation cycle, the first day of periods is calculated as day one. The last date is before the arrival of next periods. This again varies from woman to woman. Besides, this factor can also vary from month to month as factors like diet, stress, etc. play a major part in this. Being Moody prior to my menstruation cycle is normal
Mood swings are a part and parcel of menstruation cycle. Many women experience this prior to getting their menses. This is also called as PreMenstrual Syndrome. The body undergoes certain hormonal change which makes a woman feel tensed, tired and dejected. Some women feel bloated and some experience nausea or headache. These symptoms mostly crop up a few days before the period and usually last for 2-3 days.In such a situation you can take skipping pills as it will postpone your period date. Sex during menstruation ends your period
Periods end abruptly when there is a sexual intercourse during periods. This should be no cause for worry because the menstrual blood sheds quickly as the contractions in the uterus increases due to sex.
Having sex during periods is safe
The myth that sex during menses is a taboo has been din in to our heads since day one. As a soon-to-be-bride you need to know that having sex during periods is completely safe. Although, menstrual blood does not affect a woman's reproductive tract or a man's penis, it is always best to use a condom as it prevents transfer of any Sexually Transmitted Disease or infections. So if you wish to make love during your periods, please go ahead and enjoy that moment.
