A healthy living is confined by things like stretching whne you wake and making sure drinlking lots of water daily. I always tell my son that if he wants to grow big and tall he has top stay away from the sweets, drink plenty water and all his fruits nand veggies.But those are the basics. I am Twenty Years old, I know i might be a bit late but I want to start learning new way to get my body and mind healthy, so that one day i could teach my children.
