"If you really, truly don't have time for a meal," says Kris, "that's okay. Cut yourself some slack. Dieters are pretty used to beating themselves up. If they aren't doing things the right way, they don't want to do it at all." Kris suggests you drop this mentality and allow yourself some free passes instead.
