The dish: Skewered Greek Salad. Simply thread each skewer with a tomato, a cheese cube, an olive and an onion piece. Drizzle with vinaigrette. We are also drooling at the thought of Giada's Pomegranate and Cranberry Bellinis -- yum!
Why we love it: It's simple, healthy and a bit unconventional. The skewered approach is so much more fun than a traditional green salad.
