For a Cocktail Party-
Winged shadow like Brandy and January Jones's is an updated, more structured take on a classic smoky eye.
STEP ONE: Trace the inner rims of the upper and lower lash lines with dark pencil.
STEP TWO: Sweep a matching shadow over the lids, extending it ¼ inch past the outer corners of eyes.
STEP THREE: Buff with a clean brush to diffuse the line, then apply two coats of black mascara on top lashes. Use whatever is left on the wand to define lower lashes. less
