If you've got Monday off, spend some or all of it alone if possible. You'll get more than enough of the company of others back at work on Tuesday and Wednesday (when you may want to work offsite or wear your headphones). Around Thursday and Friday, though, teamwork is beneficial and others can be resources instead of distractions or hindrances. Think about whose skills fit different aspects of projects, and make major progress (while having fun too). When the weekend comes, you're liable to be in need of some R and R. Plan some time off to recharge.
