You just might sometimes wish you worked, oh, say, in the little stone house at the bottom of an aquarium (you know the one -- right next to the floating green water plant, with the path of little blue pebbles out front?). There, you'd never have to interact with anyone except the goldfish, who doesn't talk much, and maybe that aquarium snail, who doesn't talk at all. But you can't. For one, you don't have gills. For another, you actually do like people. Remind yourself of that on the 1st and 2nd as you negotiate some tricky work relationships. By the 7th and 8th, a higher up really helps you out, and your coworkers help you out, too. See? People can be so wonderful. By the fantastic 11th and 12th, you are totally inspired. Romance gives your workdays a special glow on the 16th and 17th. By the lovey-dovey 21st and 22nd, you may be dreaming of that cutie pie, but you should try to concentrate on your work projects. Do some fact-finding on the 25th, 26th and 27th. Make a big impression on the 28th.
