You need to just check out and do something nice for yourself. How is the old health routine going? Ask yourself that on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th. It could be a great time to try adding a few new healthy elements to your regimen. Don't take what they are dishing out on the 29th and 30th. It's ridiculous. The boss is on your side on the 31st.
