Just because making sure all the files are in the right places and nothing has gone missing and there are copies in triplicate of everything there should be copies in triplicate of might seem a little boring to you on the 1st and 2nd, that doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. In fact, as the month gets going, if it sounds boring, it probably means you should be doing it. That's just the way the cookie crumbles, sometimes. Instead of complaining, just get in there and get it done. Heck, do your best to enjoy the process! By the super grounded 7th and 8th, all your invoices have been mailed out and the proceeds from them are starting to roll on in. Great! Why not hire a friend who's super qualified for the position that just opened up at your firm on the 11th or 12th? At least have them come in for an interview! You get some really great news on the successful 16th and 17th. Lovely! Why not network over a great dinner on the 21st or 22nd? There's no reason whatsoever not to. Enjoy your coworkers on the 28th.
