A sweet spread!Cranberry sauce only scratches the surface of what this fruit can do! I recently made cranberry butter for the first time, and my entire family fell in love with it. I've used it on rolls, toast and even a breakfast sandwich! Try it out and see if your breakfast crew is as impressed as mine.
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter - room temperature
1 Tablespoon orange juice
1. Add cranberries and powdered sugar to a blender or food processor. Mix until very well blended.
2. Add butter and orange juice to cranberry mixture and blend until well incorporated.
3. Remove mixture from blender, place in the container you desire to serve it in and chill until set and ready to use.
