    Since December is a summer month in most of South America, Christmas is celebrated outdoors where tables brim with asados and traditional chilled meals, like a nice Vitel Toné or cold veal in tuna sauce. This Italian import gives veal slices a slow-cooked treatment with onions, carrots and potatoes. Once the roast is cooled, the veal is drenched in a creamy, white sauce made with tuna and anchovies. less
