A flawless base
To prep the skin for foundation, I used Clarins Beauty Flash Balm which instantly improves the skin's appearance. Sofía has a flawless, soft matte complexion. To get this type of texture I used Hourglass's Immaculate Liquid Powder Foundation applied with Sigma's F88 Flat Angled Kabuki Brush. This foundation is great for oily skin types, as it instantly dries to a matte finish. Next, to cover up dark circles I used ELLIS FAAS Concealerand blended it in with Sigma's P88 Precison Flat Angled Brush. I love using the P88 because it feels like your using your fingers but better, as the bristles get into every nook and cranny. As a last step, I used a little bit of Jouer's Replenish and Protect Hydrating Powder to set the T-Zone area.

Strong, natural-looking brows
The Latina actress is known for having natural brows that need little or no grooming. Even if your brows aren't naturally thick, you can still create a strong brow with a few tools. I love using Anastasia's Beauty Express for Brows and Eyes kit which contains all the essentials you'll need. Start out with the wax in the kit and the included angled brush; apply the wax to brows to keep them in place. Then, after selecting one of the stencils in the kit, align it over your brows, and fill in the space with the darker powder. I like to use the stencil only on the tail end of the brow, and then freehand the rest with the lighter powder. Using short strokes creates the most natural effect. Remember, eyebrows should look like sisters not twins, so don't aim for perfection or they won't look natural. Brush through the brows with a spoolie to blend out any harsh lines.

Seductive smoky eyes
I began by priming my eyelids with MAKE UP FOR EVER's Eye Prime. Then, I used Buxom's Stay-There Eye Shadow as a coppery red base. I took Anastasia's She Wears it Well Eye Shadow Palette in the nude color, and applied the shadow to the brow bone area. Then, I chose a shimmery copper color from the palette, and placed it to the lid area to slightly above the crease. I took the Clarins Ombre Minerale Eyeshadow in Aubergine, and applied the color in a V-shape to define and contour the crease. Going back into the Anastasia palette, I picked a light brown color and blended it with a fluffy brush above the crease for a soft blend. Then, I smudged a bit of black shadow under the lower lash line to create a smoky effect. I followed with Jouer's Eye Clarifier, and traced it along my waterline to give the appearance of brighter eyes. To finish out the look, I used Hourglass Script Precision Liquid Liner, and drew a thin line above the upper lash line. Finally, I curled my lashes with the Tweezerman Lash Curler and applied Buxom's Lash Mascara.

Bronzer, blush and highlighter
Sofia uses a very subtle bronzer, so I chose Clarins Bonzing Duo in Medium. It is just slightly darker than my skin tone. I applied it under my cheek bones and on the temples. Using Buxom's True Hue Blushin Shangri-La La, I brushed the shade with Buxom's Blush Brush to the apples of my cheeks. For an added subtle luminosity, I highlighted my face with Benefit's High Beam right above the cheek bones.

Luscious lips
To recreate her sexy mouth, prep your lips with Bite Beauty's Whip Cherry Lip Scrub to help rub away dead skin and moisturize them. Blot with a tissue paper to get rid of excess beads. For subtle and lasting color, you're going to need two different lip liners and lipsticks. Starting off with a slightly darker nude lip liner line, define the outer edges of your lips. Then, use a slightly lighter nude lip liner to fill in the middle of the lips. Don't be afraid to slightly go outside your natural lip line to make your lips look bigger. Using a darker color on the outside of you lips and a lighter color on the inside creates the effect of fuller looking lips. Then, top off with a darker nude like Shiseido's Lacquer Rouge in RD702 on the outer edge, followed by a lighter nude like Shiseido Laquer Rouge in BE306. To finish out the look of fuller lips, apply a clear lip plumping gloss to the center of the lips like Secret Lip Affair Diamond-Girl Detective. Applying gloss to the center of the lips draws the attention to the fullest part of the lips. Then, as last step, take the shimmery nude color in the middle of the Anastasia palette and apply a bit to the cupid's bow.
