How to look sun kissed with makeup

With summer just around the corner, it is time to put away the dark makeup colors and take out lighter, golden colors. These colors will make you look beautiful and sun kissed. Using makeup to get a sun kissed glow is also much safer than exposing your skin to the sun. Here are some tips on looking sun kissed with makeup.

Mix in some liquid bronzer with your tinted moisturizer

An easy way to get sun kissed skin is to mix some liquid bronzer with your tinted moisturizer. After you have added a few drops of liquid bronzer to your tinted moisturizer, apply it your skin with your fingers.

Add a coral blush to your cheeks

A coral blush will instantly brighten your complexion. Apply the blush across your cheekbones with a blush brush. Coral blush is very intense, so be careful not to apply too much.

Sweep gold eye shadow to your eyelids

Gold eye shadow will really bring out your eyes this summer. Sweep this eye shadow to your eyelids with a small eye shadow brush. Use a blending brush to blend the eye shadow into your skin. Add a champagne eye shadow along your brow bones.

Line your lash lines with brown eyeliner

It is better to use lighter colors in the summer, so opt for a brown eyeliner instead of a black one. Line your upper and lower lash lines with a brown gel eyeliner. A gel liner will stay on much longer in the summer heat.

Apply a waterproof mascara to your lashes

Apply a couple of coats of waterproof mascara to your lashes. It's a good idea to opt for a waterproof mascara in the summertime, especially if you plan on swimming a lot.

Add a peachy pink lip gloss to your lips

To complete your look, add a peachy pink lip gloss to your lips. It will make your lips stand out and make your skin look glowing.

Creating this makeup look should only take you about 10 minutes. Afterwards, you will look glowing and sun kissed for summer.
