    These delish fruits are packed with antioxidant polyphenols that may help kill breast cancer cells.

    2. Vitamin D
    Some studies show that foods rich in Vitamin D-eggs, salmon, shitake mushrooms, and tuna-can help keep your breasts healthy and lower your risk of breast cancer.

    3. Probiotic Yogurt
    Yeast infections suck…and they happen when there's an imbalance of bacteria in your vagina. The probiotics in yogurt can help restore the bacteria and stave off infection.

    4. Walnuts
    These nuts are great for your breast health. In a study from the Marshall University School of Medicine, one group of mice was fed two ounces of walnuts each day and a separate group was fed none. The growth rate of tumors in the walnut eaters decreased by half on the 34th day.

    5. Citrus
    Fruits like oranges, pineapples, lemons, limes, and grapes may make your hoo-ha smell better.

    6. Coffee
    Research has found that drinking 12 ounces a day may lower your risk of developing an aggressive form of breast cancer.

    7. Water
    It's crucial to keep you healthy, but drinking eight to 10 glasses of H2O every day helps with vaginal lubrication. Being well-hydrated also creates a more mild smell and taste down there.

    8. Olive Oil
    The monounsaturated fat and antioxidants in olive oil have been linked to a decreased risk of developing breast cancer. One study even found that they halted the growth of malignant cells.

    9. Fiber
    High fiber foods can help eliminate excess estrogen that gets stored in your bod, which can maintain the health of your uterus by preventing the growth of uterine fibroids. Try noshing on bran, beans, berries, and whole grains to get your fiber.

    10. Vitamin E
    Foods rich in Vitamin E like sunflower seeds, almonds, and hazelnuts, help prevent vaginal dryness.
