    Well, this is cooler than the other side of the pillow.Well, this is cooler than the other side of the pillow.Sure, it can be annoying when your man steals the covers or snores his head off, but there's an upside to putting up with that: Research has found that sleeping with a partner can make you healthier.

    Scientists at the University of Pittsburgh discovered that women in LTRs fall asleep more quickly and wake up less during the night than single women. They also tend to be healthier and live longer.

    Researchers aren't exactly sure why this happens, but one theory is that sleeping with someone else may lower your bod's production of the stress hormone cortisol, and boost production of the cuddle hormone oxytocin. They point out that oxytocin is created in the same area of your brain that is responsible for your sleep cycle, so more of the hormone could possibly help you catch better ZZZs.

    So next time you're ticked when your man insists on keeping your bedroom at freezing temps, just know that it's good for you.
