Along with the six seven weddings Rory and I are attending in 2010 comes a whole bunch of bachelor and bachelorette parties.
I know some girls who get all worked up when their guys are headed for a bachelor party and start issuing rules:
"You can go out to dinner but not to the strip club."
"Don't lose more than $200 gambling."
"You're not allowed to get a lap dance."
Personally, I think the guys you're tempted to give rules to are the ones most likely to ignore them. I never tell Rory what he can and can't do when he goes to a bachelor party. I feel like if I couldn't trust him to go to a strip club or a casino-or on any type of manly adventure-he's not the type of guy I should have married in the first place.
Do you boyfriends (or husbands) go to bachelor parties? Do you care what goes on there? Or do you trust them to use their judgment, no matter how shady the situation? Do you ever give your guy rules when he goes to a bachelor party? If so, does he give you rules in return?
