According to new research, both men and women choose a snuggly embrace as the best seasonal mood booster during gloomy times. Men also favored music, fresh air, and time with friends to cheer them up, while women tended towards a cup of tea, chatting with a pal, and watching a favorite TV show.
Also noteworthy: 41 percent of people said their partner provides the most meaningful support, followed by a best friend.

Maybe it's not surprising that guys crave cuddles just as much as gals, but you know what is surprising? That a stiff drink didn't even make the top 10. Such healthy, positive choices people make. Well, at least they say they make.
