Just Looking for Some Advice

I have been dating this man for over two years. We have been living together for one. This is the issue... He visited his family in Africa this spring, he stayed for 1 month. When he came back he was very distant and quiet. Even though we had not seen each other for a month he wasn't excited to be back home. When I finally asked him what was his problem he said that he just saw somethings back home that really bothered him ie... his mother's health, his brother's finances. So I tried to encourage him and moved on. Then one day he was in the shower, he got a text from a female named Cynthia and the text read "call me", so when he came out I asked him who was "Cynthia"? He said she is a fellow Ghanian who was visiting Ghana the same time he was and they exchanged numbers. He also stressed that she is married and lives in another state. Well, all of his calls are from ghanians and they speak their native tongue and he stays in the house to take the calls, but certain calls he leaves the house to talk. Now, I dont speak or understand his native tongue so I'm thinking he is talking to this woman and he doesn't want me to hear. Just looking for some advice.....
