It's better to have people laughing with you instead of laughing at you. At least she took a jab at herself for a change instead of acting like she has been treated so unfairly. Poor Lindsey, I know she really is misunderstood.

its funny how some of the people on here make fun of her and call her a "slut" when they have no clue who she really is. you see what the press and the paparazzi show you, you don't see the real person. maybe some of you have problems as well and just want to take it out on her, still it doesn't make it right.

I happen to be a male whose first name is Lindsey. It was my maternal grandfather's last name, and I thus inherited it.

No one seems to remember Lord Lindsey of the British admiralty, Lindsey Nelson [the famous sportscaster], or Lindsey Buckingham, the guitarist from Fleetwood Mac. "Lindsey" was a man's name for a thousand years in the British Isles. But, no, along comes the actress, Lindsay Wagner, who played The Bionic Woman back in the 1960's or 1970's. Suddenly, every yuppie muhfuh wearing penney loafers and sporting a "Princeton" haircut begins naming their daughters Linds[a/e]y!

I've actually been denied check-cashing rights and the ability to get prescription drugs because of this phenomenon, unless I could provide ID proving I was really "Lindsey." I'm 57 yrs old, yet everyone assumes Lindsey is a female name.

And now along comes Lindsay Lohan, who in my opinion is nothing more than an alcoholic slut/twat, to further complicate my life by virtue of her name and celebrity. I'm pissed, I tell ya!

Are you also irritated because wearing high heels is only socially acceptable for women these days? Way before your time, but it's valid. People are fickle, things change. Leslie is quickly losing it's male name status as well.

I myself only have shreds of respect for the people of Hollywood to begin with, but the fact that she's able to make fun of herself, unlike so many others, sends her quite a few leaps ahead of most of the others to me.

I like her, I thinks she's beautiful. I dislike some of the things she's done, ie drugs, drinking, and driving. Though ultimately it is her responsibility to clean herself up, many have forgotten her parents role in this huge debacle. Why did they dump their responsibilities on her? Living vicariously through your child is DISGUSTING! Not once have I heard/read about her parents trying to help her, though theyre damn sure trying to get their 15 minutes. No matter how you look at it she was the bread winner for a couple of lazy, egotistical, jerks, who thou.ght nothing of having there daughter pay for their wants. A child cant raise themselves, I say berate her parents who dont give a damn about anyone but themselves. She may come off as a little desperate when it comes to relationships, but when you're only loved for the millions you bring in, it's understandable. Who cares who LiLo sleeps with? People who aren't involved enough in their own life, that's who. So she parties, so she slept around. At least her personality isn't a total waste. If anyone deserves to clean herself up and come back better than ever, it's her.

i congradulate anyone that can joke about a bad situation and make light of it. I admire her for that. That is her way of dealing and everyone shouldnt judge her for it. Life is too short to be unhappy and I am glad she is still trying.
