    As a busy mom, I know how hard it is to carve out time for yourself. And at the same time, everywhere you look, people are telling you to be happier, friendlier, more popular, skinnier, and more glamorous! Phew! Moms just can't catch a break past raising our kids to adulthood anymore! But it is so important that we moms make time for ourselves -- to take care of ourselves and our relationships, and all of those things that keep us sane and human.
