It finally happened! Sean Lowe married Catherine Giudici in last night's live Bachelor wedding at the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara, California, and, we're still feeling kind of swoony over how romantic and pretty the whole event turned out. With a star-studded guest list-Bachelor and Bachelorette alums Trista and Ryan, newly married J.P. and Ashley, Desiree and Chris, and Jason and Molly were all on hand to witness the nuptials, as was ring guru Neil Lane, and host/support system Chris Harrison-a knockout Monique Lhuillier wedding dress, and every last detail overseen by celebrity planner Mindy Weiss, it was hard not to love this high-profile event.

The 2-hour special showed tons of behind-the-scenes details: From Catherine's wedding dress shopping to the couple's final moments with their florist, Mark Held, as well as their heartfelt ceremony. Here, are our three favorite moments from the fourth-ever Bachelor wedding-and what you can learn for your own wedding:

The Moment: The dress reveal
Let's just start with Catherine's unbelievable Monique Lhuillier wedding dress. After trying on everything from frothy ball gowns to ruched tulle trumpet styles, Lhuillier herself helped Catherine pick the perfect gown: a lace mermaid with a silver beaded belt. The sweetheart neckline and body-skimming silhouette were ideal for her "grown sexy" theme-and we're not surprised that Sean started tearing up when he saw in her it! P.S. Catherine's blush chiffon bridesmaid dresses were Monique Lhuillier, too (styles 450064, 450022, and 450036).

Make it your own: Catherine made sure that her dress suited her body type and her wedding's theme. So when you're shopping for your own dress, take her cue and remember that your gown shouldn't just look amazing, it should match your venue, too.

The Moment: Dad as officiant!
One of the most heartwarming aspects of this televised wedding was the amount of family involvement. A prime example: Sean and Catherine asked Sean's father, Jay, to officiate the ceremony. (Sean's father teared up with joy when they asked-so sweet!). We loved how Jay opened the ceremony: "Sean, as far as I'm concerned you're the best son a father can have... and Catherine, when I just look at you I smile. You incite happiness wherever you go. And I just want you to know Sherry and I are head over heels in love with you girl." For Sean and Catherine, the wedding wasn't just about them, but about joining two families together.

Make it your own: During the special, viewers learned that Jay's own dad officiated his wedding, making the whole dad-as-officiant element even more special. And while you may not want to ask a parent to preside over your nuptials, finding something meaningful to your family is a good way to get them involved in your big day and make it even more meaningful.

The Moment: The amazing vows!
Read this and tell us you don't have a tear in your eye: Catherine vowed to Sean, "I promise to love you until my heart bursts. I promise to love you until our children are old and gray. I promise to love you until after we can't even remember our own name," and added, "Everytime I kiss you my whole body feels it. Sometimes I feel like I might explode with how much I love you." Sean sweetly said to his bride: "Everyday I'm encouraged by your love and your selflessness. And as your husband, I promise to always put you first." So it's no surprise that after they were announced as husband and wife and walked back up the aisle, Sean broke was full-on crying. His overwhelming joy was palpable, and it made us even happier to see such true love. After they made it down the aisle, Sean said to Catherine, "I missed you all day today, you look so beautiful," thus making our hearts officially explode.

Make it your own: If you have a way with words, writing your own vows is yet another way to personalize your ceremony. At the very least, work with your officiant to include heartfelt details about you, your fiance, your relationship, and the future you want to share.
