It was my privilege and honor to interview educator and performer Barbara Carrellas about her new book, "Ecstasy is Necessary." The book is published by Hay House. In addition to her many empowerment workshops, you may recognize Barbara from The Learning Channel's show "Strange Sex" where she spoke about "thinking off."
