      When I changed my diet, I was stunned by the change in nails, hair, and skin. I don't think you need to listen to this article and eat specific stuff. Just eating a natural, healthy, home cooked diet full of grass fed beef and fresh produce changes things significantly.

      This is great information, especially for those of us "of a certain age". It is often said that we should never wear sleevless. Livcing in a sub-tropical climate, we truly need to be able to wear sleevless.

      Mm... then it's a good thing I eat a lot of these foods anyway... I love cantaloupe and can't wait for it to be in season along with strawberries (I usually mix the two together for breakfast)... and bell peppers I usually eat with my salad even when they are not in season...
