Grocery Shopping Made Easy!

I am soon to be a first time mother. I have helped raise two kids though, plus I was married with step kids. I totally disapprove of any mother opening anything in a store to give to their screaming child. Hello!!!! This stealing!!! What meesage are sending your children? That it is okay to make a scene in public and you will be rewarded for it. If your child is that hungry bring snacks from home. Anything is better than stealing.

I never thought grocery shopping with kids or toddlers was that difficult unless they are in a bad mood.

Just pack a snack for your child. Don't take a box of snacks from the store and open it up 'cause that's stealing. What if you don't have the money to pay for that snack?

I disapprove of a mom opening a box of anything while shopping and give a bite to the child. Bring a baggie from home. You know you are going to be challenged. I still think that is stealing. Pay first, then let taste.

Maybe this sounds like a good idea to some people, but personally, I think it only promotes bad behavior in children. If a toddler (not a baby) can't behave for 1 HOUR while you buy groceries then they should be spanked, or rather, the parent should be spanked. Feed your child before you go, don't go open up a box of anything you want in the store. If the first box doesn't calm him down, what are you going to do? Keep opening boxes until he's happy? Ridiculous.
