Impress your kids with fun-shaped foods thanks to your new best friend, cookie cutters. Copley owns more than 100, and used them to create both this star sandwich, and the elephant cutout in the wax wrapper of Babybel cheese. Baked tofu, laid alternately with the browned outside and gooier inside adds protein, while berries, tomatoes and grapes make for bite-size, healthy sweets.
